EXCHANGE |

If you have a change of heart about a product you have purchased, please return the product  unopened and unused, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase

Unfortunately any items purchased via Afterpay can not be refunded.

FAULTY PRODUCTS |

Items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. If you have received a faulty product , please contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all of the original packing material and we'll provide you with instructions. We'll investigate the fault or the damage immediately.

We require you to:

  1. Contact us to report the fault within 3 days. All returns must be authorised by AUTO COLOGNE Customer Service.
  2. Provide proof of purchase.
  3. We'll supply you with instructions for return and investigate the fault or damage immediately.
  4. We will organise the return of the faulty or damaged product to AUTO COLOGNE. Please note that products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Products must not have been opened or used.
  5. Please note that any refunds made will be processed using the original payment method.
  6. All returns and exchanges are subject to our terms and conditions.
  7. We would like you to have peace of mind and be satisfied when purchasing from AUTO COLOGNE and if you have had a change of mind we will be happy to provide an exchange or online store-credit code only. Please choose your purchase carefully as AUTO COLOGNE does not provide a refund in this case.

For an exchange or a credit on a product we require you to:

  1. Contact us to report the need to exchange the product within 7 days. All returns must be authorised by AUTO COLOGNE Customer Service.
  2. Provide proof of purchase.
  3. The item must be returned to AUTO COLOGNE within 7 days of the return authority provided. Please note that you are responsible for returning the product to AUTO COLOGNE and shipping incurred are at your expense unless product is damaged.
  4. It is a requirement that all products are sent via Registered Post with the appropriate insurance to ensure the items are secure in transit.
  5. Upon receiving the product it will be inspected to ensure that it hasn't been opened. Products must be returned to AUTO COLOGNE in their original condition and in their original packaging.
  6. Once the return has been processed you will either be supplied with the exchange item/s of your choosing or a online store credit code. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
  7. All returns and exchanges are subject to our terms and conditions.

Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are eligible for a online store-credit or exchange only.
